Dr.ARUNA DINAKARAN, (HOD)
Dr. Aruna Dinakaran is a Associate Professor and Head of the Department. She obtained her Ph.D. degree from Bharadhidasan University in 1996. Her fields of interest are Temple studies, Women’s studies, Journalism, Sangam Literature, Modern Literature. She has worked as a Prof. of Tamil at Holy cross College from 1983 July to 2011 May. She retired from her Teaching service at Holy cross College on 31.05.2011. She has presented 80 research articles for National, Regional and International seminars. She received nine best social worker and Women achiever awards by Governmental and Non Governmental organizations. She released two books, she is doing her service as a family counselor & in all women police stations of Trichy District and resource person, Chairperson to various awareness programmes conducting by the schools, colleges and social organizations. She is registered her own family trust called ANUDHINAM TRUST and helping deserted women and their children.
Mrs. M. JAYANTHI. M.A., M. Phil., (Pursuing Ph.D.,)
Ms. Jayanthi Mahalingam is a Lecturer in Tamil. She finished her P.G. Degree in Raja’s College, thiruvaiyaru. Securing 6th rank in Bharathidasan University. She obtained her M. Phil from Tamilaveluma Mageshwaranar, karanthai Arts and Science College in 2003 with distinction. She has 6 years experience. She has passed in Net June 2007. She has published one book in value education.
Mrs. A. PACHAIYAMMAL. M.A., M. Phil., (Pursuing Ph.D.,)
Ms. Ayyangukuti Pachaiyammal is working as a Lecturer. In the year 2004 she finished her PG Degree in Raja’s College at Thiruvaiyaru. She got M. Phil. Research Programme from Bharathidasan open university. She has 2 years experience in Sarathadevi Women’s Hr. Sec. School. Presently she is doing her Ph.D., on “Women Literature in Tamilselvi Novel” She has presented 4 papers in the National Seminars.
Mrs. A. JANSIRANI. M.A., M.Phil., (Pursuing Ph.D.,)
Anbalagan Jansirani, Lecturer in Tamil has joined Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Arts and Science for women on 16.07.2007. She has five years of experience. She has completed her Blit degree at charmapuram Adhinam Arts College. Mayiladuthurai. She has Completed her M.A., at Charmapuram Adhinam Arts College, secured university first gold medal, and singaravekar Arakkattalai gold medal, Dharumai Adhinam Srilasri gurumaha sannithanam gold medal. She has parsuing her M.Phil. University first mark and prize, Dharumai Adhinam Gold medal. She has cleared her UGC-NET in dec 2005. She has doing Ph.D., topic. “Sanga Ilakkiyathil Thalaiviyin Manaporattam”. She has published 2 Books. Azhagiya Suvadugal, Varthaigalin Vanam.

C.Priyatharsini a Lecturer in Tamil Department.She has done her P.G and M.phil Research programme in Bishop Heber College.She finished her B.Ed Programme in Saratha college at Salem.She has Four Years Experience in Teaching at Sithalakshmi Ramasami College.She has Seven years Experience in Teaching.

Ms. Shanmugam Priya is a Lecturer in Tamil. She has got M.Phil degree with First Rank from Bishop Heber College, Trichy. She did her under graduate degree at Dhanalaksmi Srinivasan College of arts of Science for women, Perambalur and she got XIIth rank in the University. She did her post graduate degree in Holy Cross College with First Mark Gold Medalist and she got Third Rank in the Bharathidasan University. She has clearned her UGC/NET in Dec 2007. She has presented 3 papers in National level and one State level seminars.

Dr. A. Nanthini is a lecturer in Tamil department. She has completed her P.G degree in Ganthigram Rural university and M.phil Degree in Madurai kamaraj university. She has awarded in Docter of philosophy in October 2009 at Gandhigram Rural university.She has passed UGC-NET in June 2003.She has presented and published 20 Research papers in National& International seminars. She has published One Book in Criticism.

She has completed her B.Lit., M.A., degree at Raja’a Arts College Thiruvaiyaru. M.Phil at Bharathidassn University. Tamil Pandithar training at N.M Venkatasami Nattar tiruvarul College at Thanjavur.
